Job Description:
» Responsible for technical services for the company’s products and its applications
» Provide on demand field service, start up and commissioning, system upgrade; and perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities at customers’ locations
» Perform testing and commissioning of systems, updating of documents and service reports
» Identify and quantify changes in work scope; as well as estimate resources, equipment requirements and costs
» Install equipment and software; as well as maintain and troubleshoot equipment / software performance
» Response to technical requests and resolve problems, both on-site and remotely

Requirements:
» Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Control & Instrumentation Engineering
» 2 years’ experience in industrial process controls including emergency shutdown, fire and gas and/or turbomachinery systems
» Good working knowledge of Human Machine Interface software, PLC/DCS and field instrumentation
» Good understanding of process automation
» Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
» Willing to travel within short notice

Job Description:
» Assist in the assembly of systems and wiring of the electrical / control & instrumentation panels.
» Perform duties related to the installation, panel fabrication, testing validation, troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipments and instruments
» Assist in performing house testing
» Assist in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with customers
» Post FAT Documentation
» Assist in inventory management
» Assist in site installation/commissioning

Job Description:
» Perform Group consolidation and statutory/regulatory compliance for the Group
» Review financial statements for subsidiaries and prepare management reports
» Supervise day to day accounting activities and cash-flow management
» Involved in financial planning and budgetary control, as well as group tax planning and compliance
» Develop and implement an effective accounting and internal control systems
» Liaise with auditors / related parties with regards to M&A matters and setting up of overseas offices
» Perform due diligence, feasibility studies as well as cash-flow projections for new projects / business

Requirements:
» Degree in Accountancy /ACCA qualifications or equivalent
» 3 years of relevant experience (Experience in auditing will be an added advantage)
» Familiar with regulatory and corporate tax requirements
» Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
